How To Use

Preparation: Shake the bottle gently before each use to ensure the essential oils are well mixed.

Application:
1. For Pillows/Bedding/Fabric Sofa/Linens: Hold the mist bottle approximately 8-12 inches away from your pillows, bedding, fabric sofa and linens. Lightly spritz 2-3 times, ensuring an even distribution across the surface.

2. For Room Spray: To create a calming ambiance, spray 3-4 times into the air around your bedroom, allowing the mist to settle gently.

Tips: Use the Slumber Mist 15-20 minutes before bedtime to allow the calming aroma to envelop your space.
